I am a Physiotherapist and a Sports Therapist with over a decade of experience working in the NHS and private sectors, where I regularly work in both clinic and home settings. I am now bringing my skills & experience to Market Deeping & the surrounding areas!

Step One: Free 10-Minute Phone Consultation
Please get in touch and let me know when would best to arrange a 10-minute initial phone consultation. In this call, I will determine if I am best placed to help you, or if I can recommend something which would be more beneficial for managing your complaint.
Step Two: Initial consultation
If we agree your complaint is suitable for Physiotherapy or Sports Therapy with me, we will arrange a face-to-face home visit. Here I will take the time to understand you and your complaint, then plan how we can best work together to help you. If a face-to-face assessment is not suitable, we can arrange a virtual appointment instead.
Step Three: Follow-Up Consultations
If suitable and indicated, we will arrange follow-up appointments after your initial assessment to progress your treatment plan. If needed, I will also contact your GP or refer you to other healthcare professionals to maximise your care.
Location
I am currently working in The Deepings (Deeping St James and Market Deeping, Peterborough) and the surrounding area, including Spalding, Bourne, Stamford and North Peterborough. If you would like to know if I can visit you, please do not hesitate in getting in touch.
