About Me

About Me

Hello and welcome to my website! I have been in the therapy world for over a decade and continue to have as strong a passion for my work as I did when I first qualified! My ethos has always been to understand my patients, to know what matters to them and endeavour to support them on their rehabilitation journey by not just treating their symptoms, but by treating them as a person.

My Experience

I initially started my career working as a Sports Therapist in a private clinic, where I developed and honed my skills in musculoskeletal therapy before going on to qualify as a Physiotherapist. I have since been working as a senior Physiotherapist in the NHS, but over the past ten years I have lectured in musculoskeletal therapy at higher education institutions and have also delivered professional CPD courses. This has been supplemented by my work in therapy-related research and working with the Eastern Region Target Rifle team as their team therapist. Alongside my in-clinic work, I have extensive experience of bringing my skills to peoples’ homes, regularly doing home visits to help support people in their own environments.
